▪ Gift Box Packaging
EN: All gift boxes are hand-packed. Slight differences on ribbon binding, inner lining placement and printing position are normal handmade traces, which do not count as product quality defects. Slight color difference may occur due to shooting light, monitor resolution and device display, please understand in advance.
中文注释：本店礼盒全部手工封装，丝带打结、内衬摆放、印花细微偏差属于手工常态，不属于质量问题；受拍摄灯光、设备屏幕影响，实物存在轻微色差，敬请谅解。
▪ Customized Service
EN: Handwritten greeting cards, gold stamping, letter engraving and exclusive stickers belong to personalized customized services. Order information cannot be modified, canceled or refunded after confirmation. Buyers shall take full responsibility for losses caused by wrong filling of customized information.
中文注释：手写贺卡、烫金刻字、专属贴纸为定制服务，订单确认后不可修改、取消；因客户填写信息错误产生损耗，由买家自行承担。
▪ Delivery Schedule
EN: Standard orders will be shipped within 48 working hours. Shipment will be postponed for 1-3 working days during holidays, peak sales seasons and shipping rush hours. Please contact customer service in advance if you need urgent delivery.
中文注释：常规订单48小时内发货，节假日、大促高峰期顺延1-3个工作日；需加急发货，请提前联系客服报备。
▪ Parcel Sign-off
EN: Gift packages are fragile goods. Please inspect and sign for parcels in person. Kindly refuse to sign, take original photos and contact support for compensation if the outer package is severely damaged or missing. We regard the package as intact once signed off.
中文注释：礼盒为易碎礼品件，建议当面拆箱签收；外包装破损、丢件可当场拍照拒收理赔，签收后默认外包装完好。
